Updating a GPU cluster
After creating a cluster, you can change its name, description, or labels.

Management console
CLI
- In the management console
, select the folder the GPU cluster belongs to. - Select Compute Cloud.
- Click GPU clusters.
- Select the GPU cluster.
- Change the cluster parameters: its name, description, or InfiniBand fabric. The fabric can only be changed if all VMs in the cluster are stopped.
If you don't have the Nebius AI command line interface yet, install and initialize it.
The folder specified in the CLI profile is used by default. You can specify a different folder using the --folder-name
or --folder-id
parameter.

View the description of the CLI command for updating GPU cluster parameters:
ncp compute gpu-cluster update --help

Get a list of GPU clusters in the default folder:
ncp compute gpu-cluster list

Select the
ID
orNAME
of the appropriate cluster (such asfirst-gpu-cluster
). -
Change the cluster parameters. For example, here is how you can rename it:
ncp compute gpu-cluster update first-gpu-cluster \ --new-name updated-gpu-cluster
