Creating authorized keys
To create authorized keys:
Management console
CLI
- In the management console
, select the folder the service account belongs to. - At the top of the screen, go to the Service accounts tab.
- Choose a service account and click the line with its name.
- Click Create new key in the top panel.
- Click Create authorized key.
- Select the encryption algorithm.
- Enter a description of the key so that you can easily find it in the management console.
- Click Create. In the window that opens:

Copy your public and private keys and save them securely. The private key is not saved in Nebius AI, and the public key is not shown in the management console.

Click Close.
You can also download your keys in a single JSON file. To do this, click Download file with keys.

If you don't have the Nebius AI command line interface yet, install and initialize it.
Create authorized keys for the my-robot
service account:
ncp iam key create --service-account-name my-robot -o my-robot-key.json
If successful, a private key (privateKey
) and public key ID (id
) are written to the my-robot-key.json
file.
