Terms of Use of Network Load Balancer
This document contains specific terms of use of Network Load Balancer ("the Service") and is an integral part of Nebius AI Services Agreement ("Agreement") and Service Terms set forth at https://nebius.ai/docs/legal/service-terms. Capitalized terms used herein but not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in Agreement and Linked Documents.
1. Functional Features of the Service
1.1. The Service allows Customer to create and manage Load Balancers to ensure fault-tolerance and distribute network traffic over Platform’s resources. A full description of the functional features of the Service is contained in Documentation of the Service posted on Site.
1.2. Functional Features of the Service:
(a) providing Customer’s application’s fault-tolerance;
(b) network traffic distribution;
(c) other functional features of the Service, which Nebius at its sole discretion makes available to Customer.
The full list of functional features is available to Customer on Site and / or in Management Console.
1.3. Service Level is determined for the Service in accordance with SLA.
2. Pricing
2.1. The use of the Service is chargeable.
2.2. Service Fee for the Service is determined as per Service Rates and billing units specified on Site. Nebius may change Service Rates as prescribed by Agreement concluded with Customer.
2.3. Service Fee for the Service depends on volume of Processed Traffic and number of Load Balancers used. Service Fee for the volume of traffic between Target Group and Load Balancer is charged separately under Service Rates applicable to Incoming Traffic.
3. Limitations
3.1. The list of additional limitations of the Service specified on Site in “Quotas and Limits” section.
3.2. The Service is only available to Customers using Virtual Private Cloud.
4. Definitions
“Load Balancer” means a product that allows to distribute the load on the Customer's cloud resources to ensure fault-tolerance and network traffic distribution.
“Processed Traffic” means Incoming Traffic that was received and processed by Load Balancer.
“Target Group” means a set of cloud resources of Platform.
