Editing Kubernetes clusters
To access a Kubernetes cluster, use its name or unique ID. You can get them by using the following command:
ncp managed-kubernetes cluster list

Changing Kubernetes clusters
You can change the following parameters of a Kubernetes cluster:
- Name.
- Description.
- Kubernetes version.
- Update policy.
To change a Kubernetes cluster.
- Open Managed Service for Kubernetes in the folder where you want to change the Kubernetes cluster.
- Click on the name of the Kubernetes cluster.
- Click Edit in the upper-right corner.
- Change the necessary parameters in the window that opens.
- Click Save changes.
If you don't have the Nebius AI command line interface yet, install and initialize it.
The folder specified in the CLI profile is used by default. You can specify a different folder using the --folder-name
or --folder-id
parameter.
To change a cluster:

View a description of the CLI's update cluster command:
ncp managed-kubernetes cluster update --help

Execute the command by passing a list of the settings to be changed (only some of the settings are given in the example):
ncp managed-kubernetes cluster update <cluster name> \ --new-name <new cluster name> \ --description <cluster description> \ --security-group-ids <security group ID list>

Managing the maintenance window:
--anytime-maintenance-window
: Perform maintenance at any time.--daily-maintenance-window
