Enabling or disabling public IP addresses in Nebius AI Kubernetes clusters
Enabling or disabling a public address for a cluster's master (control plane) when creating the cluster
Warning
You can only enable or disable a public IP address for a Kubernetes cluster's master when creating the cluster. You cannot enable or disable it afterward.
On the cluster creation page, under Master configuration, select Public IP: Auto or No address.
To enable a public address, in ncp managed-kubernetes cluster create, add --public-ip
. For example:
ncp managed-kubernetes cluster create \
--public-ip \

Enabling or disabling public addresses for nodes when creating a node group
Note
You can only enable or disable public IP addresses for all nodes in a node group inside a Kubernetes cluster. You cannot enable or disable the addresses for selected nodes.
On the node group creation page, under Network settings, select Public IP: Auto or No address.
To enable public addresses, in ncp managed-kubernetes node-group create, add --public-ip
. For example:
ncp managed-kubernetes node-group create \
--public-ip \

On the node group overview page, under Network settings, click
Edit and select Public IP: Auto or No address.To enable public addresses, in ncp managed-kubernetes node-group, add ipv4-address=nat
to the --network-interface
parameter. For example:
ncp managed-kubernetes node-group update my-group-name \
--network-interface subnets=default-eu-north1-c,ipv4-address=nat
To disable public addresses, add ipv4-address=auto
.
